Blue Ridge Artists & Crafters Association Non-Member Rules and Regulations
All shows are held at the Haywood County Fairgrounds located on Route 209 in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina.
Take I-40 to Exit 24, go south for 2.8 miles, destination is on left.
All booths are located indoors, They are 10"X10" and include one table for $75 per weekend (or $50 for one day).
If you want electricity there is an additional fee of $5.00 and those spaces are limited. Additional tables are $5.00 each with a limit of 2 tables per booth and tables must be reserved at the time of your Application submission.
Set up times are the day before the show from 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE; CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED AND MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO BRACA.
CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SHOW.
You will be assigned your space number upon your arrival for setup.
Exhibitors will furnish their own displays, arrangements, chairs, etc.
All tables must be covered with tablecloths/skirts that go to floor.
All Arts and Crafts displayed must be original, no kit products or commercially manufactured projects are allowed. Items must be made by the Crafter and/their family.
No Flea Market items are allowed.
Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up their own space on the final day of show.
NO SMOKING or any open flames are allowed in the building.
No open containers of potpourri or any other strong fragrances/odors are allowed.
All Exhibitors must park their vehicles in designated parking area only.
Booths must be set-up and in place each day of the show by opening time and remain so until closing time. DO NOT breakdown or pack up early!
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN VENDOR SPACES. The show committee will view each booth and reserves the right yo insist on the removal of any work that is deemed unacceptable.
We strongly encourage all Exhibitors/Crafters to demonstrate their products.
Non-Compliance to any of these requirements will prevent participation in future shows.
